• Handle 50+ Customer interaction regarding Health insurance underwriting per day, giving personalized, friendly & polite service to ensure customer retention & satisfactionResolving Customers Queries Regarding their Health Insurance plans through email channel by transferring it to concerned department.Understand and effectively communicate information about product, services and company policies to customersResolving Customers Billing issues, Changes in policies, making policy • Responsible for issuance of hold cover letter / extension letter, preparation of RBIF/NBIF, specifying the terms and conditions to be forwarded to the concerned person after receiving confirmation and complete information from client within a working day.• Responsible for preparation of renewal notices along with rating sheet, presentation, list of insured, loss ratio and renewal letters to be forwarded to concerned branch/agent in hard and soft copy in 2 working days.• To work on revised proposal after receiving complete information from client within 2 working days.• Responsible for complete analysis of renewals (Loss ratio, data census, comparison of benefit, comparison of premium, comparison of census), 30 days before expiry.• Perform any other task as & when assigned by the supervisor within timeline.
